Hi — we're Pearce & Elly
Kapow is our family business. When you book with us, the person who turns up at your door is the person whose name is on the licence — not a subcontractor, not a franchise crew on a quota.
We started Kapow because we thought pest control could be more straightforward: a real price on the website instead of "call for a quote", a booking you can make online in a minute, and a report that tells you exactly what was done, what's covered, and what isn't.
That last part matters to us. Plenty of operators will happily let you believe a general spray makes your home "spider-proof". It doesn't — no spray controls a funnel-web — and we'd rather tell you that up front and offer the right treatment than collect an easy booking. Everything we promise is written down: our terms, your warranty with its dates printed on your report, and a fixed price before you pay a cent.

Every treatment is carried out by Pearce — a licensed NSW pest management technician (licence no. 5074548) — with products applied strictly to their APVMA label.

We carry full public liability insurance on every job, and every visit is documented with a detailed digital report — your record and ours.

Because you're inviting us into your home, and we're new enough to remember what that trust is worth. We'll tell you when a pest needs a follow-up visit and why, when a warranty can't apply, and when the cheaper service is actually the right one. If we ever get something wrong, we come back and make it right — that's in writing too.
